Beaverton Yoga for Moms & Moms-to-Be
If you're pregnant or just had a baby and living around Beaverton, Oregon — first of all, congrats, mama! It’s such a beautiful (and sometimes overwhelming) journey. If you’re looking for a way to move your body gently, feel better, and connect with other moms, yoga can be a total lifesaver.
Beaverton has some amazing yoga studios that offer classes designed just for you, whether you’ve got a bump or a baby in your arms.
Here are some of my favorite picks:
Best Places for Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga in Beaverton
1. Yoga Luna
Yoga Luna is a cozy little studio right in downtown Beaverton. They offer prenatal and postpartum yoga classes that are all about gentle movement, breathing, and connecting with your changing body. Bonus: your first class can be free if you use the code FREEYOGA! (Such a win.)
2. Earth Breath Yoga
Earth Breath Yoga feels like a warm hug. The founder, Rachael Summers, is a mom herself and totally gets it. Their prenatal classes help you stay strong and flexible while prepping for birth — and they even offer prenatal massages.
3. Yoga OMazing
If you want something super chill, Yoga OMazing is perfect. Their classes are great for loosening up, breathing deeply, and just being. They even have sound bath sessions if you need some extra relaxation.
4. Ready Set GROW
This place is like the Disneyland of mama fitness. They offer prenatal yoga, postpartum yoga, babywearing dance (SO cute), and even classes you can do with your baby. It's all about moving safely and feeling good in your body again.
5. Lotus Spirit Yoga
Lotus Spirit isn’t exclusively for pregnancy, but their gentle yoga classes are easy to adapt if you’re expecting. The instructors are really hands-on and will help you tweak any pose you’re unsure about.
6. Flow Lab
Flow Lab is a little more modern and trendy. Their slow flow classes are awesome if you want to keep moving without pushing yourself too hard. Good for pregnancy and bouncing back after birth.
7. Bonfire Hot Yoga
Don’t let the word “hot” scare you — they have Yin Yoga classes that aren’t heated and are super gentle. It’s a lovely way to stretch and relax, especially when your back or hips start complaining.
8. Yiwen Yoga
Yiwen Yoga has tiny class sizes (12 people max!) which is perfect if you want more personal attention. Their slow vinyasa style is calming and they even offer online classes if getting out of the house feels impossible (we’ve all been there).
From One Mama to Another...
Taking time for yourself — even just an hour a week — makes such a difference. I know it’s so easy to put ourselves last when we’re growing or raising tiny humans. But moving your body, breathing deeply, and just being with other women on the same journey... it fills your cup in ways you didn’t even know you needed.
Gentle yoga isn't just exercise. It's a way to connect back to yourself, to your baby, and to this incredible journey you’re on. You deserve to feel strong, supported, and loved — inside and out.
You've got this, mama.
